Missions Stewart Rowe leads the Missions Ministry team. Jesus has not given us a small task. Nor has He given us an impossible one. We are a group of people in a catalyst role within COV who are moved by God’s heart for all nations.
Pastoral Care Andrew and Sonja Mitchell lead the Pastoral Care Ministry. There is the need for everyone in the church to feel that they are spiritually and emotionally supported. We see pastoral care as a church wide ministry in which everyone has a responsibility to contribute.
Playgroup Coordinated by Rachel Hockly, Playgroup on Vogel has been operating as a free service to the community since 1991 with some funding being received from the Ministry of Education. It runs out of a purpose built facility at the rear of the church with a large grass field and playgrounds.
Prayer Andrew Mitchell oversees the prayer ministry. As Psalm 127:1 affirms, “unless the Lord builds the house we labour in vain.” We believe that seeking God for His guidance and direction must be at the very heart of all that we do. We have a number of corporate prayer opportunities which are held at the church.
